Return & Exchange Policy:

All customers are encouraged, before placing an order, to enlighten themselves with all K9 Series policies. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

We do our best to make sure all items are displayed/photographed as meticulously as possible but please recognize that there may be colour deviations from other devices, screens, lighting, etc. Please reach out & contact us before purchasing if you have any reluctance regarding the colours available for goods displayed. 

For all returns/exchanges, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of products; if a return/exchange is approved (up to the discretion of K9Series), items must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of products. Items postmarked after 10 days of receipt of the product(s) are no longer eligible for return/exchange. Sale  items are not eligible for a return or exchange and are considered “final sale.”

Made To Order Items:

All collars, accessories, & leads are individually made by hand, based on order, & are not fabricated in quantities; all orders are made to the size, color, width, hardware specifications, etc. that you provide during the purchasing process. Due to the significant amount of personalization required on each of our products, along with the labor-intensive nature of creating made-to-order items, we are unable to issue full refunds on any of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to double-check all order specifications including product type, size, width, hardware option, etc. before placing the final order.

Returns & Exchanges:

If a product is eligible for a return/exchange (deemed by the store owner), the product(s) must be in unused/unworn condition. We offer refunds/exchanges via store credit for non-custom designs, (up to the discretion of K9 Series)  however, the buyer is responsible to pay for shipping costs back to us. 

We do not allow returns/exchanges on any custom items. This includes, but is not limited to; any collar, leash accessory made to order, specially designed &/or purchased material, & custom-made sizing.

Shipping Charges:

We do not cover any shipping charges on returns or exchanges in any circumstance.

Disclaimer:

Customers who use our products acknowledge that K9 Series shall not be liable or responsible to any person, pet, or entity for loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly by or from the products, information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in any of our marketing material, packaging or website. In no event shall K9 Series be liable to you or any other party for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. It is the responsibility of the owner to comply with state/province's safety standards with regards to care of pets, etc. Furthermore, K9 Series will not be liable for any loss or damage of any of our products to any person, pet, or entity(s). Your purchase &/or receipt of payment for these items is a testament that you have read, understood, & agreed to these terms & conditions.

Each customer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual environment. The customer accepts all responsibility for purchasing & using these products. K9 Series is not responsible/liable for any & all injuries that can occur from the improper use of its products.
